# 15-minute vegan recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 20 Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1/2 c cashews
- 1/4 c rolled oats (gluten free works)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
1. blend
Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blander or food processor.
2. create cookies
Create golfball sized balls with the dough then press them into cookie shapes.
3. dehydrate
The dough is amazing so sometimes I just eat them without dehydrating them. But to get a nice cookie texture, dehydrating them is key! Dehydrate the cookies for atleast 4 hours at 140 degrees. They can go for up to 12 hours at your convenience.
