Smashed Broccoli Recipe

# 5-ingredient vegan recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 heads of broccoli chopped
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1 c brazil nuts
  4. 1/4 c Nutritional Yeast
  5. 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

1.   Blend Brazil Nut parm ingredients

Blend together the brazil nuts, nutritional yeast, garlic salt and hemp seeds. Blend lightly, don't blend it into a powder, there should still be some small brazil nut chunks for a nice texture.

2.   baked broccoli

Bake the broccoli on 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

3.   add parm to broccoli

Sprinkle a layer of the Brazil Nut Vegan Parm over the broccoli.

4.   bake broccoli more

Bake the broccoli for another 5 minutes on 425 degrees.

5.   enjoy
