Baked oatmeal cake recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 chia slurry (1 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 1 tbsp water)
2 c gluten free oats
1 1/2 c coconut milk (or almond)
3/4 c blackberry jelly
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add to Pan
Spread evenly into a baking pan. Top with 3 tbsp of blackberry jelly for extra deliciousness.
3. Bake
Bake at 350° for 30-40 min

Goes great with even more blackberry jelly!
